Lions reportedly get Kitna

The Detroit Insider just emailed me…
Kitna reportedly agrees to terms with Lions.
My View: It’s a good move. Someone capable of pushing Harrington, but not costing the Lions too much money either. A smart move by Millen and company. He helped bring Palmer along, maybe can do the same for Dan Orlovsky (if he’s still here) or a draft pick from the upcoming draft.
Or it could mean that Harrington might not even be here next year. A quarterback position of Kitna, King and Dan O., wouldn’t be all bad.

Dont know… I like Joey, Kitna, Dan…. But I we have King for a year (waste of money). Either way, I like this move also! I didnt like Jeff Garcia AT ALL so this is interesting.

I think the writing is on the wall here fellas… Joey is all but gone in Detroit! Can we plan the parade for that yet?

I think you are right Sports Dude.
Kitna isn’t that exciting to me, but if he can groom a potential (Dan O., Cutler, etc.) then this could be a great move.
