Detroit’s Top 40 sports moments to be honored

If you love Detroit sports, you have to check out this list. Lots of great memories here and many are some of the biggest moments in sports history, not just Detroit’s. My top 4 from the list are:

1979 Magic Johnson (Michigan State) vs. Larry Bird (Indiana State)
1984 Tigers start 35-5, win World Series
1989-90 Pistons “Bad Boys” win back-to-back championships
1997 Steve Yzerman hoists the Stanley Cup

Damn sports pig it must be that chili you ate for lunch, this is a lot of posts in one stretch here!

I still can not believe Cecil Fielder and the “51″ did not make it, that was huge when it happened.

Later and hey, if it is the chili keep eating it, missed having you around brother!

It’s always good to feel wanted!

Holy cow! I can’t believe I forgot about Cecil’s “51″, you’re right that should have been there!
