Comets defeat Lakers, Eagles fall to Glads

Leland used balanced scoring to defeat Glen Lake 59-41, as four players scored in double figures . Matt Lichty led the way with 14 points. In the Eagles opener, Lake Leelanau St. Mary ran into a buzzsaw as they fell to the Gladiators 65-19.
