Some great football, although the results weren’t all great…

Ohio State over Michigan State - The bungled field goal attempt was when it all came crashing down. This was a game ripe for the Spartans taking and they gave it away. I didn’t think this team would be haunted by the ghosts of Spartans past. I was wrong.

Michigan over Penn State - Was listening on the radio, and just knew Michigan was going to win. I don’t know why, I could just tell. This should quiet the Lloyd Carr haters for a few minutes…

USC over Notre Dame - I don’t like either team, but WOW, what a game! I didn’t really think that the Irish would keep it this close, but Charlie Weis is proving he is a football mastermind. The Irish will win a national title within the next three years.

Carolina over Detroit - I wanted to cry. But I didn’t because I knew it was going to happen. Disgusting simply sums it up. What the Lions should do now is their best Houston Texans impression and go for that #1 pick. Leinart would look great throwing to Roy Williams & Mike Williams next year. Then again, I have gotten to the point where I think Jeff Garcia would look great throwing to W & W, and I never thought I would say that…
