MSU vs. Michigan

WOW! One of the best Saturday’s of the year! What makes it even better is that MSU is 4-0 and Michigan is 2-2 heading into the Rivalry Game! I am the lone Spartan within a family of diehard Wolverines, so it should be a fun week dishing out some trash talk.
I will admit I am nervous. There’s isn’t much that is more dangerous than a cornered, wounded animal, which is exactly what Michigan is. They would like nothing better than to wipe that smile off of the Spartans faces.
I do have a weird, good feeling about this Spartan team. They are different than teams of the past. This team has solid leadership on both sides of the ball, and an offensive scheme that is proving tough to stop.
My official prediction will come later in the week, now I have to go and find my Spartans and the wife’s Wolverines pennants, flags and more for the big game! They are still buried in boxes from the move. The winner of this game gets to fly their teams flag the rest of the year! Go State!

I am spending the week with a bag over my head trying to make people forget that I am a Wolverine fan! Also I am currently surfing the internet looking for the perfect “S” logo to display on my site because of our little bet.
Your prediction will come later in the week, but I will give you mine guess now. There are only two things I see happening in this game, only one of two outcomes that are possible from my stand point. Either MSU will win big by say 14 or 17 points or U of M will pull the miracle out and win by like three. That’s it, one of those two will happen I believe. What does my guess, my gut tell me… MSU wins big! Damn, did I really just type that?
So, what would you rather have on my site, a Spartan “S” logo or the Sparty mascot? Let me know and please keep the trash talk to a minimum for me, a sub .500 U of M team is still too hard for me to even fathom.

I would definitely go with the Sparty mascot on the website! I just got a new DVD for my kids I wanted to tell everyone about. Team Baby Entertainment makes these DVDs for kids that teaches them about your favorite school and all of the football traditions, I got mine Baby Spartan, but I think they also have a Baby Wolverine. They are so cute and my kids love them!

Good call on the Sparty! I saw those DVD’s they look very cool. It might be a Christmas present for a couple of people on my list!
