Traverse City - A lot of high school athletes have hectic summers, playing in various camps.
But there’s busy, and there’s Alisha Glass busy.
Glass, heading into her senior season at Leland, just finished a whirlwind month that included volleyball tournaments in Salt Lake City and Austin, Texas, and a camp at Penn State University, where she’ll play next season.
“It was just a little bit busy,” Glass said. “But a lot of fun. It went pretty fast, but I had a lot of fun, too.”
Glass’ summer of activity began with team and individual camp in Leland June 26-29.
My View: Look for big things from Glass and the Lady Comets in both hoops and volleyball. This is her last chance to win a state title and she will be gunning for it!
