The pieces are beginning to be put in place. A good minor league system. All-Star Players on the roster. Pitchers other teams would love to have. It’s finally the Tigers that can be described by these phrases. As 2005 begins, the Detroit Tigers are looking to contend in the AL Central and put an end to the losing seasons. It’s starts today with the debuts of Troy Percival and Magglio Ordonez and the rest of the new faces, and an old one face too, Bobby Higginson. Here’s some articles on our new look Tigers…
