Tigers set for Opening Day, looking to contend
The pieces are beginning to be put in place. A good minor league system. All-Star Players on the roster. Pitchers other teams would love to have. It’s finally the Tigers that can be described by these phrases. As 2005 begins, the Detroit Tigers are looking to contend in the AL Central and put an end to the losing seasons.
