Here’s a list of things to do since you can’t watch the Wings.

1. Go see a high school or college hockey game. Players playing for the sheer joy of the game (and some scholarships).

2. Check out the Lions. They are undefeated and have a bright future ahead of them.

3. Rent Miracle & Slapshot. Enjoy a night watching some great hockey!

4. The Pistons are preparing to defend their title.

5. Watch your 2002, 1998 & 1997 Stanley Cup Videos.

Just in case you are still going nuts with no NHL (possibly for a long time) there’s lot of other great stuff going with Detroit sports teams.
